Weirdly enough I have no problem with
what this guy did. I think he was just being a good dad to his two little brat sons. Obviously the authorities disagreed because they arrested him. Let's see what you all think. The man, Kristopher Harvey, found out his two sons, aged 12 and 13, were sneaking alcohol when he wasn't looking. Kristopher didn't want his sons to wind up alcoholics so he decided to teach them a lesson. He made them take three shots each of hard liquor to show them what being drunk really feels like. Then to drive home the lesson he allegedly threw them in the pool.
Neighbors called the cops when they heard the boys screaming and thrashing in the pool. Harvey insisted he didn't throw the boys in the pool, explaining that they were drunk and jumped in by themselves. That was the oops moment for Harvey. Cause how the hell did they get drunk? Well he got them drunk. The cops didn't think any of this was funny and they arrested Harvey. The man was very remorseful afterward, saying "I was trying to teach my children that in drinking irresponsibly, this is what the cause and effect of it is, and this is what it's going to do to you." He added, "Unfortunately it was some of the things I learned when I was a child, that this is how you teach your children to do things. I realize now that it was the biggest mistake of my life."
He's just misunderstood. And a little on the stupid side. But I think his heart is in the right place and he should be allowed to see his kids after he gets out of prison. I'd crusade for this guy but, oh darn it, it's nap time. Sorry bro. Good luck to you.
