This guy found a squirrel with its head caught in a bag. As anybody knows who watches Animal Planet, a trapped squirrel is the SINGLE MOST DANGEROUS ANIMAL ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. Especially if it's a Philly squirrel. Those Philly squirrels go straight for the nads!

In the past the dude would've either just ripped the bag off the squirrel's head or said fuck it and left the squirrel to fend for itself (also known as the Mitt Romney way).
