Palin Teabag Speech
A day after Barack Obama was called out by many for not knowing how to pronounce the word "corpsman," Sarah Palin got caught with cheat notes scrawled on her hand during a Q&A following a speech to some slobbering teabaggers. So, which transgression is worse? The Obama one, clearly, because people expect better of him. We're used to the idea of Palin being an utter idiot, so the fact that she writes stuff on her hand is really no shock. My only question to Sarah would be, why not just scrawl out some notes and have them on the podium? Well, the answer to that is simple: she knew people would notice if she used notes. Dumb bitch thought she could sneak a look at her hand really slick without anyone being the wiser. "See? I don't need notes or a prompter. I know this stuff unlike Obama and his crony O'Biden." Yeah, Palin followers, that's how dumb she thinks you are. Well, she's right...you are that dumb. As dumb as the fools who think Obama is eloquent because he can (usually) read really well. The sad thing about these asshats isn't that they're frauds, it's that they're so insultingly bad at being frauds. Ronald Reagan...now there was a man who knew how to give a speech. Sure, he was full of bullshit, but he sold it beautifully. And if you want to see true eloquence, find some Teddy Roosevelt speeches. Or Lincoln ones. Those guys actually had some respect for their audience, were trying to elevate people with their words. Palin and Obama? They're just trying to put one over on us. And they suck at it.

What's really hilarious is the words she wrote on her hand: Energy, tax, and lift American spirit. She had to actually write that on her hand! And one of the words was crossed out... I guess she didn't need it.
Nicely done crabbie. It is a game to all of them because they live completely isolated from the commoners.
The shock to politicians during the town hall meetings is that it is a real movement, a grassroots movement of people disenchanted with both sides.
Teabag rally, Paliniacs and independent moderates are flocking to the tune of the movement because it stands opposed to the radical expansion of gov, and the mortgaging of our future by not being fiscally responsible.
Stop pork, return the 500 billion to the Treasury and don't monetize it, buy back our foreign debt and fight for American jobs, not just Unions.
I don't think Palin is qualified to be President. I do think that Ralph Nader should be SEC Chairman, that shit would throw cold water on the corrupt Wall Street greedy blood-suckers.
Jarhead
I guess now we all know how Sarah Palin managed to graduate from high school. She probably walked in on test days with months' worth of notes written on her arms, then spent the whole time trying to be subtle about staring at them. Those people always made me laugh because they tried SO hard to be subtle and we ALL knew what they were doing.
Everyone writes reminders on their hands; it's a normal thing for people to do. I still don't think she would make a good Pres, but she was an effective Gov of Alaska, and because she is not like the rest of the politicians in Washington, she stands out to the political machine.
If I was a disabled child I would want her as my Mommy, you could do a lot worse.

Jarhead-what the fuck kind of a comment was that? "If I was a disabled child I would want her as my mommy"?! What do you know about what her disabled child knows or wants? Get real.
.."effective Governor of Alaska"???????
To be effective one must finish the job.
Christ, these Palin ass-munchers are teh stoopid.
I never claimed to be a Palin supporter, as a matter-of-fact i said she should not be President.
Her approval rating in Alaska is proof of the fact that she was doing well by them. She reduced the budget, sold the Democratic gov's plane and put the money in the coffers. She did not finish the job, and that is some of the knock on her, her shrill voice and bumpkin attitude is another, and her lack of foreign policy is just a cherry on top.
She chose to raise a baby with love knowing it would be a hardship. She is a Mom; and not a bad one it seems. That was my point.
I don't know what her child knows, but I know and see that she loves him and her family. Why attack that?.

Well, being a mommy, and being president of the United States is quite different.
I wouldn't wish for her to "mommy" us in Washington...she might not be able to handle the job, or finish the job, and might be more interested in writing and selling another book to knock her opponents.
Sorry, not president material.
Aside from the need to point out the blatantly obvious, you agree with Jarhead on Palin not making a good president and that is what he was saying all along. Moving along...
I don't think she should be president either and criticizing the content of her speech makes sense. Considering public speaking ranks above death on the top list of fears, I'd leave people alone for how they choose to deal with it and give them kudos for doing it.
So then, we're all in agreement that Sarah Palin should never be President? Wow, the internet WORKS!
